Delivery Policy for www.ronayne.ie

Ronayne.ie will deliver to any destination in the 26 Counties of Ireland. All orders are carefully checked at picking and packaging stage.

1. Standard  : €7.50

2. Medium  : €12.50

3. TV Shipping : €25.00 

4. Up to 25km : Local Delivery for Large Goods and Appliances : €25 

5. Outside 25km : Delivery for Large Goods and Appliances : €55 

6. Deliverable Large / Bulky items : €50.00

7. Not Deliverable Large / Bulky items, for example Garden Furniture and Electrical Appliances.
   LOCAL DELIVERIES ONLY or CLICK AND COLLECT.

8. Paint buckets and selected large and bulky items are CLICK AND COLLECT only.

All orders up to 30kg in weight will be dispatched to you using one of our courier services, Fastway, DPD etc.

Delivery via Courier can be followed with a Track & Trace number, if requested, to enable you to track your order on the Couriers website. All deliveries must be signed for unless otherwise agreed with customer.

Large orders will be dispatched to you via another carrier depending on your location. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to unload the large deliveries.

The complete delivery charge will be shown on the bottom of your order before you proceed with your payment details.
 

PLEASE NOTE:

• Ronayne.ie aims to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 2 - 3 working days of receipt of order via our online Shopify store, www.ronayne.ie.
• Please ensure the information you submit contains your full delivery address and your land line and mobile numbers and if possible, your Eircode.
• All deliveries will be made during normal working hours Monday – Friday excluding Bank and Public Holidays.
