Ronayne.ie will deliver to any destination in the 32 Counties of Ireland.
All orders are carefully checked at picking and packaging stage.
Due to the current Covid 19 circumstances delivery time may be delayed. We will contact you directly if there is any delay or issues with your order. We use an external courier company and therefore cannot guarantee delivery times if delayed by them due to situations beyond our control.
Ronayne.ie aims to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 2 - 3 working days of receipt. In the event that this is not possible we will be in contact with you.
If it is dispatched via Courier we can supply you with a Track & Trace number, if requested, to enable you to track your order on the Couriers website. All deliveries must be signed for unless otherwise agreed with customer.
Please ensure the information you submit contains your full delivery address and your land line and mobile numbers and if possible, your Eircode.
All deliveries will be made during normal working hours Monday – Friday excluding Bank and Public Holidays.
Cancellations & Returns
We at Ronaynes’ pride ourselves with the high-quality of the products we supply to our customers and we make sure that we provide you with only the best, regardless of your business or industry. We do of course understand that not every product is made equal and that sometimes there are cases where the product itself is not fit for purpose or simply do not suit for the reason that it was bought for.
It is for this reason we are happy to accept items returned to us with 28 days of purchase and in this case we offer you an exchange or a full refund to your credit or debit card once we receive the items and process them in our warehouse. Any returns which fall outside this 28 day time period may be considered on a case-by-case basis and is at the discretion of Ronaynes and may be refunded as a credit against a future purchase. All items must be returned to Ronaynes in the same condition in which they were shipped and in a saleable condition. Ronayne Hardware reserves the right to refuse a return if it is determined that the item has been used or worn and then returned for any reason other than being ‘faulty’.
Carriage on Goods Returned must be paid by the Customer and our Carriage is not refundable in the event of a ‘Change of Mind’ by the Customer.
On Deliveries to Northern Ireland – any Custom Charges or UK VAT or any other charges must be paid by the Customer.
